• Insurance Excess: £500.00 (for all groups)
• Drivers under 25 restricted to groups Economy, A,B and C1
• Drivers under 25 & Overseas hirers will be subject to an additional insurance = £5.00 extra per day

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

A current full driving licence must be produced by the driver at the time of Rental and must have been valid for at least one year. Certain endorsements will require additional insurance clearance. MINIMUM age 21 yrs MAXIMUM of 70 yrs. 21-24 years old are subject to additional insurance and must have a clean licence. Overseas Hirers must be over 25 years of age and produce International Drivers Licence together with their passport. All overseas Hirers will be subject to additional insurance. Additional Drivers Charge: £10.00 per hire.

PAYMENTS

Pre-payment of all rental charges are required upon collection of the vehicle. In addition details of a credit card will be required as security against the insurance excess. Payment can be made by SWITCH, VISA & MASTERCARD.

FOREIGN TRAVEL

Vehicles must not be taken outside the U.K. mainland without prior authorisation. Special charges and conditions apply for continental use which are available on request.

TYRES & UPHOLSTERY

The hirer is responsible for the cost of repairing punctures, wheel damage and any interior damage. Charges will be made accordingly.

STATUS

Pinhoe Garage reserve the right to refuse any person wishing to hire a vehicle. No reason need be given.

Vehicles can be hired outside these times by prior arrangement.
